Virtual Events Institute and EVCOM Announce Partnership

The Virtual Events Institute and The Event & Visual Communication Association (EVCOM), the UK association celebrating and accelerating Britain's live event and visual communication industry, have announced a partnership. The partnership will see the organizations sharing knowledge and best practices about virtual and hybrid events to help upskill the UK's live event and creative industries.


EVCOM's mission is to celebrate and accelerate Britain's creative industries' success by bringing together talented business and brand innovators, sharing new thinking, and becoming a platform to promote recognition of creative innovation. The Virtual Events Institute was established in June of this year to assist event professionals and marketers with their needs for virtual and hybrid events knowledge and training.


Speaking of the partnership, Claire Fennelow, EVCOM Executive Director said, “We are delighted to have formed a partnership with the VEI. This opportunity couldn’t be more timely as ensuring that our industry have the skills and the knowledge to deliver the best virtual events they can for their clients is essential to the health of the sector. Partnering with experts in this field allows us to offer our members the opportunity to expand their business and knowledge horizons.”
