Scott has been involved in the events industry for over 18 years producing exhibitions and events in the U.S. and globally. He has been responsible for budgeting, strategy development and design, technology solutions, personnel, contracts, and overall operations for IAEE and CEIR produced events, including Expo! Expo!, IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Expo! Expo! has been recognized by Trade Show Executive Magazine as one of the 50 fastest-growing shows in the United States. He has industry wide leadership roles in technology, environmental sustainability, and health and safety. Scott previously handled operations and exhibit sales for Global Semiconductor Alliance events and exhibitions held in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Scott began his career managing a wide array of student, university, film industry, and other external events for Associated Students, UCLA. He has a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business. He is licensed in Certified Exhibition Management (CEM). He was awarded show manager of the year by TSNN and The Expo Group in October 2015 and was nominated as Planner of the Year in September 2020 by Smart Meetings.
