Head of Customer Success
Meera leads the customer success team at smartxpo, a data and analytics software provider to the exhibitions industry. Previously Meera spent three years working as a growth strategy consultant with Plural Strategy Group in London and New York. She is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Gender Studies at the LSE, specialising in Black and post-colonial feminisms, and is currently working as a researcher on a UNDP casebook into business, gender and human rights in Asia. Earlier this year she began conducting research on the state of racial diversity in the exhibitions and conferences industry.
