With over 25 years of experience in international business, including ten living outside the US, Jason brings first-hand knowledge of the global marketplace to US businesses. His most recent role was President of International, for GES, the leading service supplier to the global events and experiential marketing industry. He led GES’ business outside of North America including offices in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Hong Kong and the UAE. During his tenure, Jason grew GES globally through four acquisitions, greenfield startups (in the UAE and Netherlands) and organic initiatives. This growth also expanded the breadth of the global business into AV and technical production, engagement technology, and SaaS registration. Jason is a regular speaker and thought leader on events and experiential marketing and has presented on five continents in over 10 countries and has published numerous articles on global business topics. Most recently Jason moderated a session on virtual events that was attended by almost 4000 industry professionals.

Jason is currently a Board Director of InGo, a provider of social marketing for both virtual and in-person events. He also regularly advises and consults to other companies interested in events and experiential marketing. He is very proud to have been selected to serve on the Alumni Board of the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Jason began his career at Royal Dutch / Shell where he was responsible for Shell’s market entries into the Hungarian and Spanish energy markets. He also spent four years in strategy consulting, as an Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, advising senior management of both blue-chip companies and private equity firms in both the UK and US.

He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in marketing and international business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Serves as an active advocate of the power of experiential marketing and sits on multiple industry committees. Regular speaker/presenter and thought-leader on multiple topics; has presented in over 10 countries on 4 continents.
